The Occupation

An occupation cannot be moral, however it justifies itself. The daily humiliations, the checkpoints, the demolished homes, the children arrested in night raids—these are not aberrations but the logic of occupation itself.

To say this is not to deny Jewish suffering through history. It is to insist that suffering does not excuse causing suffering.
